This year’s partners come in the form of some familiar faces and some newcomers. With the former we are able to build on previous sprints’ results and experiences while with the new partners we have fresh challenges and fields to engage with. A warm welcome to them all!

Coach4pro
The Digital Wellness Sprint is excited to team up with Coach4pro platform and app for the first time – We are looking forward to taking your challenge to the next level!
Coach4pro is a GDPR-compliant, secure, total solution for virtual wellness providers that is perfect for both larger organizations and individual coaches. This digital wellness platform has a back-end solution for managing a wellness business from billing to program creation, to monitoring and motivating customers through built-in messaging. The front-end access for customers is an engaging experience with videos, plans, tracking, prompts, challenges and more!
The Coach4pro team is committed to the PDCA cycle of continuous planning, doing, checking and acting to keep their solution always improving and performing at its best.

Disior
The Digital Wellness Sprint is welcoming Disior to join as a partner for the second consecutive year!
Disior is an AI-enabled modular software that allows doctors to get all the data they need from medical images faster, easier and with more accuracy than using conventional, manual methods. Disior has been collaborating with medical doctors, researchers and professors since 2016 on tools for better diagnostics and treatment planning.

- Disior’s analytics software is a fast and cost-effective way to obtain reliable information from medical images in three-dimensions. Each anatomy-specific module (CMF Orbital, Foot & Ankle, Hand & Wrist,) enables specialist clinicians to have the objective data needed for diagnosis, treatment planning and assessment of treatment outcomes.

Modernize and improve all aspects of Foot + Ankle treatments by utilizing advanced technologies.

Oyama
A warm welcome to Oyama, a mental well-being app for workplaces! Oyama is joining the Digital Wellness Sprint for the first time, and we are eager to take on your challenges.
Oyama offers a CBT-based app to help improve employee well-being. Oyama’s psychological tools are designed to make self-care for mental wellness more accessible. Their approach is to normalize self-development for better emotional regulation, communication as well as for mental health prevention. Starting a journey towards a balanced mind is made easy with gamified, bite-sized steps on the Oyama app.

Spouse Program
Welcome back Spouse Program! The Spouse Program is joining DWS for the second year with a new, different type of challenge to help improve their popular and growing service for newcomers.
The Spouse Program is an innovative service by the city of Helsinki offering supports and community building to help newcomers settle in Helsinki, Vantaa and Espoo. The program is specifically targeted to those who arrive to Finland in relation to their spouse pursuing a career opportunity here.
The program has been proven to help international spouses to establish their social and professional networks, including opportunities for career coaching and connecting with over 40 partnering employer organizations. And to help embrace the Finnish culture, the program offers many opportunities to pursue an active lifestyle in the capital region.
Team size:
There are 2 people working on the Spouse Program – 1 coordinator overseeing and executing the program, and 1 team member from another project providing communications support.
Purpose:
To help international spouses in Helsinki settle into life in Helsinki and establish themselves professionally.

We work in the public sector; therefore, the organizational culture relies in fixed procedures, a strong legal framework and is controlled and supported financially by the government. The Spouse Program is in the immigration unit. It is a service provided to international newcomers and seeks to help internationals to integrate and help companies to retain talents.
